    Eglinton and Laird

    5,700+ RESIDENTIAL UNITS

    More than 5,700 residential units are planned surrounding Laird Station along the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, including towers up to 40 storeys.

    Approximately 900 residential units are proposed surrounding Pape Station, a future interchange connecting two subway lines, TTC Line 2 and the Ontario Line.

    8,100+ RESIDENTIAL UNITS

    Over 8,100 residential units are planned surrounding the Main and Danforth intersection in the Danforth Village neighbourhood, including towers up to 59 storeys. The area is part of the Main Street and Danforth GO Major Transit Station Areas (MTSAs).
