Scarborough City Centre

More than 30,000 residential units are proposed across more than 70 towers in Scarborough City Centre. This includes Oxford Properties’ plans for 36 towers at Scarborough Town Centre.

More than 10,600 residential units are proposed in Scarborough’s Agincourt neighbourhood, which includes the large scale redevelopment of Agincourt Mall.
