Islington-City Centre West

Islington-City Centre West in Etobicoke is one of four central business districts outside Downtown Toronto. Serviced by Islington and Kipling subway stations + Kipling GO, the area is well positioned for future intensification with over 17,300 residential units in development.

Humber Bay Shores

Over 9,800 residential units are planned or under construction in the Humber Bay Shores neighbourhood in Etobicoke, including towers up to 66-storeys.

Mimico

The Queensway

Big box retailers and industrial buildings will soon be joined by towers along The Queensway in Etobicoke, where more than 12,000 residential units are in development between Kipling Avenue and Royal York Road.

Sherway Gardens

Over 8,400 residential units are planned, 8,400 residential units are planned surrounding Sherway Gardens, including towers up to 41 storeys.
